Wine Review: This well-made wine is a pale straw color and I found the bouquet had mango, white floral and vanilla aromas. It is medium bodied, rich and smooth, with crisp acidity and some decent structure. It has flavors of white peach, white pepper, lemon and vanilla with refreshing integrated minerality. The finish is long and a bit spicy. It would go really well with fish tacos. - Mark
