Wine Review: This dark red colored Cabernet Franc opens with a charred oak and red bell pepper bouquet with a hint of red cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth and approachable. The flavor profile is a gentle red bell pepper and gentle strawberry blend with notes of mocha, blueberry, and crushed stone minerality. I also detected a hint of red cherry The finish is dry and is well-managed moderate tannins linger and last for a while. This Cab Franc would pair well with a stuffed pepper casserole. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine rightly won the accolade of being the best Cabernet Franc in New York. The aromas are breathtaking, with an intense graphite-like nose, complimented by an abundance of dark plums and raspberries.
