Wine Review: This white gold colored Chardonnay opens with a butter rum like bouquet with hints of banana and oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and fruit forward. The flavor profile is an oak infused lemon and apple blend with hints of banana. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for a bit after the wine is gone. This Chard would pair well chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our 2011 Evergreen Chardonnay showcases the qualities that make the Evergreen Vineyard so celebrated. This Chardonnay has aromas of banana, pineapple and white peach with notes of minerality. With its rich texture and flavors of tropical fruit woven seamlessly with vanilla and nutmeg, this wine is beautifully balanced with a lush, lengthy finish.
