Wine Review: A robust yet refined Pinot Noir from the Sonoma Coast. In the glass, it is a clear, bright red color with aromas of black raspberry, red cherry, cinnamon, and nutmeg with hints of cedar and caramel. On the palate, there's a silky-smooth mouthfeel. It is bright, well-balanced and fruit focused with a medium body and integrated medium-plus acidity. It has flavors of black raspberry, cherry compote, mild cedar, and bramble, with notes of strawberry, black tea, and clove. It displays refined dry tannins that linger in into a long finish. A second glass is a must! Serve alongside a tender lamb chop with a whiff of rosemary. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: This lush and impeccably balanced wine leaps from the glass with aromas of concentrated red fruit, cherry, cedar, and forest floor. On the palate, the flavors turn dark and luxurious with lush tannins and hints of vanilla and French oak adding depth and complexity to a lingering berry and spice finish.
