Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Chardonnay opens with a coconut and light lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel balanced and round. The flavor profile is a coconut and bartlett pear blend with notes of butterscotch and oak. I also detected hints of peach and green tea. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Chard would pair well with a skillet peach chicken. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Both rich and radiant, this wine offers a lovely array of aromas that include honeysuckle, citrus blossom, lemon zest and crème brûlée.
