Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a mild pear and gentle vanilla oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, smooth, and savory. The flavor profile is a Bartlett pear with notes of vanilla oak and a hint of peach cobbler. The finish is dry and very pleasant. The panel suggested pairing this yummy Chardonnay with chicken kiev and creme brulee. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Reflecting the vibrant character and cool-climate structure of an ideal winegrowing season in the Russian River Valley, this bright and elegantly balanced wine displays enticing white flower, Meyer lemon, white fig and almond blossom aromatics, alongside a subtle oak-inspired note of pie crust. Focused flavors of Anjou pear, green apple and lemon custard lead to a broad, lush mid-palate, with refreshing acidity adding further length and intensity.
