Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black currant and black plum with notes of graphite and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, super-balanced, silky and smooth. The flavor profile is a black currant and black licorice blend with notes of oak and fine minerality with a hint of vanilla. The finish is dry and its moderate fine-tannins show great length. The Panel would pair this Cab with ribeye steak in the near term without decanting. With aeration or on day two, you could pair it with a filet mignon. Enjoy – KWGTP
