Wine Review: If you are looking for an elegant and very food friendly Cabernet Sauvignon, this one is for you. It is dark ruby colored and opens with an attractive mild black cherry and gentle boysenberry bouquet with a hint of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nightly balanced and graceful. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle black currant with hints of very mild oak and blueberry. I also detected a touch of black licorice and faint minerality as well. The finish is dry and its fine dusty tannins fade away nicely. This Cabernet would be a perfect match for a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken
