Wine Review: This pale straw colored white blend opens with a fragrant and attractive pineapple and tangerine bouquet with a hint of grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty mild tangerine and lime blend with hints of star fruit, green grapes and faint apricot. The finish is dry and its flavors are slightly prolonged. This wine is food friendly and versatile. I would pair it with five fruit stuffed chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Full bodied, this wine has an intriguing aroma on the nose with an alluring “come hither” quality. The small percentage of exotic grapes (Symphony, Muscat, Semillon) give it a heady aroma, almost like star fruit. Great with food or on its own, this wine is guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser!
