Wine Review: This opaque and India ink colored wine opens with a blackberry bouquet with a hint of black pepper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very smooth considering the grapes in this wine. The flavor profile is a fruit forward ripe black currant with a touch of black licorice, blueberry, and a hint of oak. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins are a little sticky and linger nicely. This wine would pair well with a ribeye steak. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Like elephants whose size is imposing, Petite Petit is large! The wine is opaque dark purple and opens with a very inviting violet and plum bouquet. Displays jammy black current flavors with notes of dry blackberries and vanilla as well.
