Wine Review: This light-yellow colored Chardonnay from Meyer Family opens with a light lemon and honeydew melon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with light acidity. The flavor profile is a chalky mineral and Bosc pear with notes of lemon verbena, pineapple, and herbal tea. We also detected hints of oak and baking spice. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. This wine was liked by all that tried it. I would pair this Chard with chicken piccata. Enjoy - Ken
