Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet from Napa opens with a ripe red currant like bouquet with a hint of pencil lead. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is loaded with red fruit. It displays a blend of red plum and red currant with hints of minerality and a touch of red raspberry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins fade away nicely. This Cab would be perfect with a tangy pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: dark red, black hues Aroma: raspberry, bright red berry fruit, red currant, graphite, tobacco Taste: focused entry to medium weight, rich mid-palate; displays nice structure, framed by acid and tannin; very nice length
