Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay opens with an attractive lemon and gentle oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, acidic, crisp and very flavorful. Those flavors are a tasty lemon and tangerine blend with nicely integrated oak. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for a quite some time after the wine is gone. I would pair this impressive Chardonnay with grilled swordfish drizzled with drawn butter. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2010 Silhouette is vibrant gold in color, with complex aromas of ripe peach, apricot, tangerine, toasted almond pastry, wet stone, vanilla and baking spices (nutmeg, clove, cinnamon). On the palate the wine is very rich with layers of fruit all supported by bright natural acid. The finish is over a minute long with a creamy texture, and notes of spice and subtle toast.
