Wine Review: This opaque and onyx colored Cabernet opens with a fragrant ripe blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and very fruit forward with ripe fruit. The flavor profile is a juicy blackberry jam with notes of black currant and a touch of dusty old oak in the background. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors and gentle dusty oak tannins linger slightly. This wine would pair well with duck breast. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Very dark red/purple in color with lifted aromas of cassis, blackberry, violets and cedar interwoven with vanilla and toasty oak. The mouthfeel is round and generous with fine tannins and a long finish.
