Wine Review: This slightly opaque dark ruby colored opens with a mild musty blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty boysenberry jam with notes of blackberry and a hint of cranberry and black pepper. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are slightly prolonged. Pair this food friendly Cab Franc with grilled pork tenderloin with a mushroom risotto. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Ripe berry notes with kirsch, black cherry, vanilla, toast and graphite. The mouthfeel is round and broad across the palate with supple tannins and a long finish. Decant in its youth.
