Wine Review: This pale coral colored Rose of Pinot Noir opens with a nectarine pit and crushed stone bouquet with hints of ruby grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and fresh. The flavor profile is lime and stone fruit blend with notes of kiwi and ruby grapefruit. I also detected hints of tonic water and tart strawberry. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Rose would pair well with chilled shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Rosé of Pinot Noir has a beautiful light pink color, showing delicacy that complements its subtle, yet crisp and refreshing nature. A bouquet of red apple, quince, orange blossom, grapefruit and strawberry are found on the nose and the high acidity lifts this Rosé up and gives the flavor more energy. Enjoy this wine in its youth, chilled, paired with food or simply drank all its own.
