Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored red blend opens with a black cherry and oak bouquet with a hint of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, juicy and fruit forward. The flavor profile is an oak and black cherry blend with notes of mild minerality. I also detected hints of plum and mulberry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins and fruits drift away nicely. This is a perfect wine to pull out with grilled burgers while tailgating this fall. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Beautiful color, deep magenta at the center gradating to purple at the edge. Fruit bomb on the nose, raspberry, cherry, plum with a layer of vanilla. On first sip, black cherry, cassis and dark berry pie dance around your tongue. Soft tannins with a long lingering finish. Easy drinking now or hold it for a few years.
