Wine Review: This dark yellow colored Chardonnay from Merriam is impressive. It opens with a pleasant apple and gentle oak and cookie dough bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and rich. The flavor profile is a gentle oak infused pear with hints of apple and butter. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for a very long time. This Chardonnay would pair very nicely with chicken francese. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Bright straw in color. Tropical nose of papaya, orange honeysuckle, butterscotch and spice. Silky texture with hints of stone fruit, honey and melon. A soft finish with graceful acidity.
