Wine Review: This light yellow and un-oaked Chardonnay opens with a mellow banana and light lemon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and nicely balanced between its fruit and acidity. Those fruit flavors are a mild lemon and apple blend with a dash of white pepper. The finish is dry, pleasant, and friendly. This wine would pair very nicely chicken piccata. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Light straw in color, with crisp stone fruit, floral notes of peach, pear and apricot on the nose. Thick and viscous mouth-feel with tropical fruit, mango and kiwi.
