Wine Review: This dry Riesling from the Yakima Valley is a yellow straw color and open with a bouquet of peach, orange blossom and beeswax. It is medium bodied with mouthwatering acidity. The flavors are a bit restrained, yet showing some white peach, light lemon and minerality. The finish is slightly spicy and long. Fried shrimp would go well with this dry Riesling. – Mark
Winemaker Notes: Bone-dry with racy acidity and aromas that leap from the glass of white peaches, orange blossoms and tropical lychee. On the palate, the wine has mouthwatering acidity and fresh fruit. The flavors in the palate mirror the aromas and linger nicely on the finish. This wine is drinking beautifully now, but thanks to the great acidity has the potential to age very well.
