Wine Review: Deep garnet and opaque, this Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is bursting with spring floral and fresh baked blueberry pie aromas. On the palate, the wine is fruit-forward with expressions of cassis, cherry-cola and chocolate surrounding a fully ripened plum and blueberry center. The body is medium-plus, the texture is silky and the tannins are harmonized with the several layers of juicy fruit. This is a food-friendly, easy-drinking wine, with a long and very satisfying finish. - Jeoff
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of ripe, concentrated black fruit, cocoa powder, espresso, and sweet caramel create layers of complexity on the nose. The dark fruit flavors continue in the palate. Firm structure is provided by a combination of powdery tannins and balanced acidity. The graceful power of this wine results In a long, lingering finish.
