Wine Review: This coral colored opens with a watermelon and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, delicate, and savory. The flavor profile is mild mineral influenced watermelon with notes of strawberry, tangerine, and lime. The finish is dry and subtly fades away. This Rose was nice at the beach and would pair well with a watermelon salad with feta and mint. Enjoy – Ken
