Wine Review: This ruby colored kitchen sink red blend opens with a fragrant cherry compote and milk chocolate bouquet with hints of black plum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and juicy. The flavor profile is black plum, marionberry and milk chocolate blend with notes of clove and nutmeg. We also detected some hints of cinnamon and black cherry. The finish is dry and fine tannins linger nicely. We would pair this food friendly red blend with grilled sausages. Enjoy – Ken & Mark
Winemaker Notes: Delicate lily and cotton candy aromatics, fresh black Tartarian cherries, briar-fruit cobbler, satsuma plum preserves, chocolate covered blueberries, dandelion root tea, muddled spearmint, the palate is soft, sateen, yet energetic, lively, and full of mouthwatering juiciness.
