Wine Review: This beautiful pale pink colored wine with a coral hue opens with a musty cranberry, mild strawberry, and faint leather bouquet with hints of crushed oyster shells. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with gentle integrated acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, delicate and beautifully textured. The flavor profile is mild chalky mineral flavored white peach with notes of white tea. We also detected hints of mild watermelon and lemon zest. The finish is dry and subtly fades away. The Tasting Panel would pair this quaffer of a Rosé with fish tacos or chicken piccata. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Fresh late spring peaches, Rainier cherries, freesia, strawberries and chantilly, watermelon purée, wet stone. The palate exudes youthful energy and a spry, spring floral, and red fruit persistence.
