Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a red raspberry and red currant bouquet with a hint of craisin. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is juicy and quite fresh for a Cab. The flavor profile is a cranberry and red currant blend with notes of black pepper, clove, oaky, and red plum. The finish features medium tannins that are managed and drift away nicely. This Cab is a good weekday offering that would pair well with a tangy pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
