Wine Review: This pale salmon colored wine opens with a very inviting red cherry and strawberry bouquet with hints of crushed oyster shell, flint, and tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, round and juicy. The flavor profile is crushed stone, white pepper and watermelon blend with hints of plum and saline. The finish is dry and refreshing with a touch of heat. The Panel would pair this Rose with ceviche or a braised veal chop. Enjoy – KWGTP
