Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a green bell pepper, mild yellow grapefruit and lime bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, round and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild white grapefruit and green bell pepper blend with notes of light chalky minerality and nectarine pit with hints of lime and asparagus. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. The Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with mahi-mahi taco’s, asparagus risotto, Portuguese fish and kale stew. Enjoy – KWGTP
