Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a cat pee and honeysuckle bouquet with hints of grapefruit and lemon. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied, balanced and round. The flavor profile is faint crush stone and gentle yellow grapefruit with hints of lemon pith and green apple. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. The Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with deep-fried scallops or ceviche. Enjoy – KWGTP
