Wine Review: This pale straw colored Chardonnay opens with an attractive mild pear and faint vanilla oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a tasty mild oak influenced pear and apple blend with notes vanilla custard and a hint of pineapple. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for quite a while. This tasty Chard will be a crowd pleaser. It will pair with many foods. I would choose to pair with chicken and wild mushroom ravioli with a light butter cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of apple cobbler, candied Meyer lemon, grilled peach, kumquat, roasted marshmallows and warm pane tone. Warm hints of vanilla comingle with fragrances of cedar and toasty oak pro¬les. An unctuous and tentacled texture, savory mouth feel, and perfectly balanced acidity.
