Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a mild vanilla oak bouquet with a hint of banana. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty mild butterscotch with hints of pear and a touch of light oak. The finish is dry and subtle. This Chard would pair well with chicken and wild mushroom tortellini in a light cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Golden straw colored. The first nose delivers notes of honey and pear. After a swirl, honeysuckle flower and white currant become more evident. A silky texture with flavors of lemon cream, white peach and pear progress into honey and butterscotch with mineral accents.
