Wine Review: This white gold colored Greco based blend from Massican opens with an Anjou pear, almond, and bee’s wax bouquet with hints of fennel and faint pineapple. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, seamless, and crisp. The flavor profile is green apple and light lime blend with notes of lemon tea and ginger. We also detected some hints of light pineapple, Anjou pear and crushed stone. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this seafood friendly white blend with a chilled crab cocktail or with chicken piccata. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Gemina - one of the most unique blends in white wine, tastes like licking coral from the Mediterranean Sea. Elevator pitch: Massican's Southern Italian blend.
