Wine Review: This light yellow colored Italian white blend opens with a honey and pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and round. The flavor profile is a Granny Smith apple and Anjou pear blend with nicely integrated minerality. I also detected hints of lemon verbena and white pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This wine is food friendly and versatile. I would pair this with linguine and clams. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Look: golden yellow with greenish reflections. Nose: citrus fruit, white flowers and honey. Palate: refreshing taste of lemons with peach and apricot fruitiness; attractive hints of honey. Food Pairing: Excellent aperitif. Good with antipasti, fish and grilled white meat.
