Wine Review: This dark ruby colored wine from Italy opens with a mild black cherry and faint leather bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is black cherry and black plum blend with hints of cedar plank. I also detected a hint of cola towards the end. The finish is dry and friendly. This wine was built for food. It would pair well with a meat lasagna. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Fruity cherry and plum aromas, with vanilla, cinnamon and spice notes. Shows sublime, soft tannins on the palate, with fresh acidity. Finish is long and persistent, with ripe fruit flavors and a touch of sweet spiciness.
