Wine Review: This pale yellow colored sparkling wine opens with fragrant mild orange and peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly sweet and flavorful. The flavor profile is a tasty peach with notes of minerality and lychee. I also detected a hint of tangerine and apple. The finish is slightly sweet and its fruit flavors linger for a while after the wine is gone. This sparkler would be fun to put out at you holiday parties. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Beautiful bright straw in color. Fresh and floral bouquet with notes of honeysuckle and hints of peach. You can enjoy Moscato PM alone or serve it with a fresh fruit platter, sorbet, or any light cheeses.
