Wine Review: This orangish pink colored wine from Provence is very good. It opens a faint strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty apricot and strawberry blend with nicely integrated minerality and a touch of orange. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This Rose would pair well with a lobster roll. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Tender pink color. Fresh strawberries, peaches, and roses with light exotic notes. Subtle flavors of fresh berries and fennel with a flowery finish. Can be enjoyed as an aperitif, outdoors under your gazebo or by the pool, but also to accommodate a summer lunch or Oriental food.
