Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay is on the lighter side. It opens with mild lemon verbena bouquet with a hint of apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and fresh. The flavor profile is a faint green apple and vanilla oak blend with notes gentle minerality. The finish is dry and it flavors fade away nicely. This Chard is food friendly and would pair well with linguine with clams and wine broth. Enjoy – Ken
