Wine Review: A mouthwatering Spanish white, this medium golden yellow colored Albarino has a very aromatic bouquet which includes pineapple, nectarine, lavender, kumquat, honeydew, and some wet granite aromas. Loads of tropical fruit on the palate and it has a round and silky mouthfeel. It is very clean and crisp, with plus acidity and a medium body. There are flavors of pineapple, lemon, saline, and nectarine with notes of beeswax and lychee. The finish is zesty and lingers with a pleasant bitter note. Serve slightly chilled with steamed mussels. - Mark
