Wine Review: This is a very approachable Barolo that is ready to go now. It is slightly reddish brown in color with a fragrant and inviting black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, approachable, and well balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty red cherry with delicately infused light oak and a slight touch of red raspberry. The finish is dry and its well managed tannins drift along nicely. Pair this tasty Barolo with a veal marsala dish in the near term. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The wine has a garnet-color and ruby-red reflections with a slight orange note. The nose is ethereal, fresh, elegant and very persistent, with hints of violet, rose, liquorice and sweet spices. In the mouth the flavor is long and intense. To be served in crystal glasses with very large bowls.
