Wine Review: From Provence, France comes this easy sipping, very light salmon colored Rose. Pretty florals, chalk, stone fruit and light citrus on the nose. It has a medium body and is smooth with juicy acidity. Flavors of strawberry and lime with integrated mineralty and hints of orange zest and white pepper. The finish has good length with spicy citrus notes. Crispy fried shrimp would go well with this good value Rose. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: The nose of this wine is floral and fruity with notes of citrus and white-fleshed peaches and lychees. On the palate, this wine is well-structured and rich with nice suppleness. Good acidity keeps the wine fresh and lively in the mouth and leads to a light, but lingering finish that begs for another sip.
