Wine Review: This dark red colored value Pinot Noir is very good. It opens with a strawberry and red raspberry bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild mineral and oak influenced red currant with notes of black raspberry and clove. The finish is finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Pinot goes down easy and has an Old-World twist to it. It would pair well with a charcuterie platter. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Hand-picked, unadulterated Pinot Noir from pristine vineyard blocks across Willamette Valley. The whole cluster component accentuates the intense aromatics of dark cherry and blue fruits alongside subtle earth and elegant floral notes. The palate mirrors the nose and is full of freshness with a touch of oak for texture and balance. Vibrant acidity and soft tannins support the flavors through a long, satisfying finish.
