Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley opens with a mild black cherry and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and approachable. The flavor profile is a plum and minerality blend with hints of oak. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This very nice Oregon Pinot would pair well with pork roast. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The wine opens with fresh red fruits aromas, light floral accents and notes of Asian spices. The palate is mouth-filling and lush with juicy primary fruit such as cherry and pomegranate balanced with an earthy complexity. Vibrant acidity and supple tannins support the flavors through a long, satisfying finish. Sometimes the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
