Wine Review: This yellow colored Chard opens with a light apple and banana like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, and very nicely balanced. The flavor profile is lemon custard with some honeydew melon and a hint of cashews. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. MacRostie has consistently produced Very Good Chard over the years. This vintage is no exception. Everyone that tried it, like it. Pair it with baked scrod. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Beautiful pale straw gold in color, the aromas are reminiscent of lime oil and creme brulee. In the mouth there is lush baked apple and ripe mango, with a hint of cinnamon toast. It finishes with a good deal of weight, but is still light on its feet.
