Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a new leather and black cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty cola with notes of black cherry. I also detected hints of black currant with a touch of black pepper. This very nice Pinot would be a perfect match for pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Very dark garnet in color, this Pinot is juicy and ripe, lush and full. The nose is cafe mocha, clove, and cherry cola, and it's very plush and rich in the mouth, with black cherry and cocoa flavors. The finish is soft and smooth, with bit of spicy oak.
