Wine Review: This dark ruby colored “Reserve” level Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley opens with a plum and black raspberry bouquet with a hint of cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is an oak influenced plum with notes of black raspberry. I also detected hints of black pepper and faint minerality in the background. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Pinot would pair nicely with pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
