Wine Review: This salmon colored wine from Cotes du Rhone opens with a tangerine and peach bouquet with hints of guava. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a stony mineral infused watermelon and mild strawberry blend with hints of white tea and tangerine. The finish is dry and refreshing. This a good value Rose to serve chilled on the beach or near the pool. With food I would pair it with cheese ravioletti in pink sauce. Enjoy – Ken
