Wine Review: In the glass this is a sparkling medium straw color and has a fragrant bouquet with apple, ripe honeydew and honey aromas, with a touch of gardenia flowers. On the palate, it is bright but elegant, with a medium-plus body and medium acidity. I detected flavors of ripe white peach, wet stone, green tea and a bit of tangerine. It has a lingering finish that is easy to sip and savor. It would pair well with a big pan of paella. – Mark
Winemaker Notes: Color: Bright golden yellow hue
Aroma: Intense and expressive on the nose, with aromas of apricot, fennel and floral scents.
Taste: Complex and very elegant; round, fresh, with a subtle note of aniseed at the finish.
