Wine Review: This straw-colored Chenin Blanc from Lussier catches your attention quickly. It opens with a fragrant white peach and lime bouquet with hints of quince. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is very bright, zesty, and quite mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a lemon verbena and quince blend with notes of Anjou pear and ginger. I also detected hints passionfruit and a touch of chamomile tea. The finish is very refreshing, and its flavors and acidity linger for quite some time. I would pair this very good Chenin with a five-star sweet and sour chicken recipe. Enjoy – Ken
