Wine Review: This deep yellow colored Chenin Blanc from Lussier opens with a pineapple and ripe golden delicious apple bouquet with a hint of quince. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a juicy Anjou pear and quince blend with notes of chamomile tea. I also detected some hints of honey and ginger. The finish drifts away nicely. I would pair this Chenin with chicken francese. Enjoy – Ken
