Wine Review: This translucent and slightly dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant pomegranate and wild strawberry bouquet with a hint of rhubarb and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, bright and savory. The flavor profile is a tart red plum and craisin blend with notes of pomegranate and rhubarb. I also detected some hints of red licorice and black tea. The finish is dry and is moderate dusty tannins stick around for quite a while. This Pinot paired well with German Jagerschnitzel. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: A young wine that burst with energy when first opened. Noticeable stem influence is backed by freshly fermented fruit. It is immediately enjoyable and has soft long tannin that makes it interesting with or without food.
