Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black currant, black plum and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a black currant and oak blend with notes of black plum, black licorice and clove. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are nicely prolonged. This Cab is food friendly and would pair well with a Kobe sliders. Enjoy - Ken
